I Asked ChatGPT To Find My Perfect Lip Liner Shade

I uploaded a photo of my lips and asked ChatGPT to analyze my natural lip tone and recommend a lip liner that would blend perfectly for subtle overlining. After comparing several shades, this was the one it suggested. I tested it and it ended up being the closest “my lips but better” liner I’ve tried.

I should also preface that for years I have been searching for THE liner that would best fit my lip tone and wouldn't make me look like I have clown lips. I've bought so many liners over the years I literally lost count, but my mistake was always trying what everyone else was doing. I also have uneven lips and to top that I have visible discoloration that definitely does not make lining my lips an easy task. Until I had the epiphany to ask my good friend ChatGPT. I mean, I've tried everything under the sun except lip filler (unless that wasn't already extremely evident) so what did I have to lose?? And boy oh boy, was I right!

Here is a picture of my bare lips, so you have a better idea of what I am working with.

The Winner

NYX Slim Lip Pencil – Natural

A neutral rosy-beige liner that blends into the natural lip edge and creates subtle fullness without looking drawn on.

How I Apply It

I lightly overline only the center of my top and bottom lips, then blend the liner inward before applying gloss. This keeps the shape natural and even while making the lips appear fuller.

With Gloss

Sans Gloss

Needless to say, I will be using these three products for the foreseeable future

What I Used

Honorable Mentions

These are some other options I keep on my make up rotation.

Some are new entries, some have been in my make up bag for years.

Quite frankly they are all chef's kiss.
